1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Clockera – Aesthetic Timer (“the App”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use the App. We aim to be clear and to protect your privacy.
2. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through the App. The App stores only your in-app settings and activity that you generate in the App (for example: timer and focus session data, theme and display preferences, language, and similar options). This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers, because we do not operate backend servers that receive this data from the App.
3. Subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)
Premium features may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment processing is handled by Apple, not by us. We do not receive your full payment card details. We only receive the subscription status needed to unlock premium content in the App, through Apple’s systems, in line with Apple’s terms.
4. Notifications
The App may ask permission to send local notifications (for example, reminders related to timers). You can allow or deny this in your device settings. We do not use notifications to collect personal data.
5. Third-party analytics and advertising
The App does not integrate third-party advertising networks or analytics SDKs for tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children in a way that requires collecting personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we should address a specific case, contact us using the email below.
7. Your choices and deletion
Because preferences and statistics are kept on your device, you can remove them by deleting the App or clearing the App’s data in your device settings (where available).
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective date at the top will be updated when we do.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Clockera – Estetik Zamanlayıcı mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”, “biz”) kullandığınızda bilgilerin nasıl ele alındığını açıklar.
2. Topladığımız bilgiler
Uygulama içinde hesap oluşturmanızı istemiyoruz. Uygulama üzerinden ad, e-posta veya telefon toplamıyoruz. Uygulama, yalnızca Uygulama içinde ürettiğiniz ayarları ve kullanım verilerini (ör. zamanlayıcı / odak oturumu bilgileri, tema ve görünüm tercihleri, dil vb.) saklar. Bu veriler yalnızca cihazınızda, yerel olarak tutulur; sunucularımıza gönderilmez — bu veriyi alan bir arka uç hizmetimiz yoktur.
3. Abonelikler (Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma)
Premium özellikler Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma ile sunulabilir. Ödeme işlemi Apple tarafından yapılır; tam kart bilgilerinize erişmemiz mümkün değildir. Yalnızca premium içeriği açmak için gerekli abonelik durumu bilgisi Apple sistemleri üzerinden işlenir; bu, Apple’ın koşullarına tabidir.
4. Bildirimler
Uygulama, yerel bildirimler (ör. zamanlayıcı hatırlatmaları) için izin isteyebilir. Bunu cihaz ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz. Bildirimleri kişisel veri toplamak için kullanmıyoruz.
5. Analitik ve reklam
Uygulama, sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama veya sitelerinde takip etmek için üçüncü taraf reklam veya analitik SDK’ları entegre etmez.
6. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama, çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayı gerektirecek şekilde tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
7. Seçenekleriniz ve silme
Veriler cihazınızda olduğu için Uygulamayı silmek veya cihaz ayarlarından Uygulama verilerini temizlemek (destekleniyorsa) verileri kaldırır.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yürürlük tarihi güncellendiğinde değişiklik yansıtılır.
